I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location is quite convenient, being close to downtown and the ADO bus terminal. The facilities were nice overall, but we did encounter a strong sewage-like smell from the bathroom, which was really unpleasant. The staff's explanation that it was due to humidity didn't sit well with us. Given these issues, I think this hotel could shine with a bit of attention to detail.
